Who is Anna Kimbrell?
Anna is a native of Fort Mill, SC where she now resides and is the head coach of the Pleasant Knoll Middle School baseball team. Growing up, Anna played baseball at the high school level and became the first girl to play JV, Varsity, and American Legion baseball in the state. Upon completion of her high school career, she continued her education at the collegiate level while playing softball for the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Anna has been affiliated with USA Baseball and the Women’s National Team since 2006. While competing with the Women’s National Team, she has won 2 bronze medals (’08, ’10), two silver medals (12, ’14) and two gold medals (’15, 19).
